Not at all! Our Aerial Hammock Yoga and Low Hammock – Strength & Restore classes are designed for beginners. We’ll guide you step-by-step in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Wear fitted, comfortable clothing that covers your underarms and legs. Avoid zippers, jewelry, or anything that could snag the fabric. Grippy socks or bare feet are welcome!
Our hammocks are rated for over 1,000 lbs and rigged professionally. We welcome all body types and ensure a safe, strong setup for every member.
Yes! We start low to the ground, especially in our Low Hammock Restore class. You’ll build confidence gradually, and all exercises are adjustable based on comfort level.
Safety is our priority. That’s why we require all participants to arrive 10 minutes early for proper setup and instruction. Our certified instructors monitor everyone closely throughout class.
