Put your legs up and let the stress come down.

This deeply restorative experience is designed to help you release tension from your body, calm your nervous system, and reset from the inside out. We’ll move through gentle mobility work, deep stretching, and foam rolling to loosen tight muscles and improve recovery while giving your body the care it’s been begging for.

As the lights soften, we’ll transition into grounding breathwork, guided meditation, and a calming sound bowl journey that invites your mind to slow down and your body to fully surrender to rest. Sip on refreshing mocktails, soak in the peaceful vibes, and leave feeling lighter, longer, calmer, and completely recharged.

Because sometimes the best therapy is simple: legs up, stress down.
