Paddleboard Yoga

There’s something about being on the water that makes everything feel lighter.
Our Paddleboard Yoga session combines the grounding practice of yoga with the gentle challenge of balancing on open water — and the result is something you really have to experience for yourself.
No experience with yoga or paddleboarding? Perfect. This class meets you exactly where you are. A paddleboard is provided.
What to bring:
- Water bottle and towel
- Swimwear or moisture-wicking clothes
- Good energy
A note on location:
The exact address will be emailed to you two days before the event. Plan for approximately a 45-minute drive from the Centennial Hills area.
