Not at all. This challenge is specifically designed for beginners and women who want to focus on building — not compete, not compare. You’ll have guidance and support every step of the way.
It’s a lake day experience on a boat on August 29th. A professional photographer will be there to capture your results. Hair and makeup are not included — plan for those separately so you feel your absolute best.
The training focus is booty and back — but you’ll still have access to all B Fitness group classes and open gym throughout the 12 weeks.
Yes! Members pay $75/month via the monthly payment link, or can pay via Zelle/Venmo (note the $200 processing fee applies to those payment methods).
Orientation on June 14th at 10:00 AM is mandatory — it’s where you receive your workbook, meet the team, and get set up for success. If you have a conflict, reach out to us immediately.
We’ll get you into Discord, confirm your orientation details, and make sure you’re ready to go before June 15th.
