You’ll find us at 7830 W Ann Rd, Suite 130, Las Vegas, NV, in the back of the plaza. Take a right at the pizza shop and walk around the building — our private entrance is tucked behind for your comfort and privacy. Here is a video of how to get to the gym.
Yes! We are a 100% women-only gym designed to be a safe, empowering, and judgment-free space for women of all fitness levels.
Hours vary based on our class schedule, personal training, and events. To see the latest hours and availability, check the PushPress Member App.
Our open gym is open 24/7 with a keypad. Once you sign up for membership, we will give you the door code.
Yes! We offer unlimited class memberships, Pilates-only options, open gym memberships, and drop-in rates for both standard and specialty classes.
Not at this time. However, our classes are efficient, and many moms find that our schedule works around school and work hours.
Open gym allows you to use our equipment on your own schedule. It’s available to members or can be purchased separately for just $35/month. To start, please schedule a tour and check out the space.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early — especially for Pilates Reformer, Aerial, and Sound Bath classes. Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter for safety and flow.

Absolutely! Most of our classes offer modifications for all fitness levels, and we offer Pilates Reformer 101 for those new to the equipment.
Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat for some classes if you have one; if not, we have some as well. For Pilates Reformer and Aerial, grippy socks are required.
We offer a variety of women-only fitness classes, including Pilates, Barre, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Buti Flow, Dance, Aerial, and Yoga. Check out our classes page or schedule.
We recommend at least 3 classes per week for consistent progress. Many members mix strength, stretch, and cardio for balance.
Yes! We offer drop-in classes so you can experience our community before committing to a membership.
Personal Training
You’ll get 1-on-1 training sessions tailored to your goals, nutrition support, open gym access, and 50% off special events and classes.
Not at all. Our clients work on everything from strength and mobility to toning and confidence. Your plan is built just for you.
No! Many of our clients are brand new to working out. We meet you where you are and guide you at your pace.
We’ll match you with a certified trainer based on your goals, schedule, and personality. All of our trainers are women-focused and results-driven.
We specialize in working with women of all body types and needs. Trainers will offer modifications and track your progress safely.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on your goals and program.
Yes! Many women pair personal training with Pilates, Bootcamp, or Barre to add variety and maximize results.
We offer 2 or 3 sessions/week at $400–$600/month, including all the extras that support your journey.
Meal Prep
All meals are macro-balanced and labeled with full protein, carb, and fat breakdowns so you always know exactly what you’re eating.

Yes! Our events are open to the public.
Yes — RSVP in the PushPress app to reserve your spot and receive updates or instructions.

Each event has different needs, but we typically suggest bringing water, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and positive vibes!
All upcoming events are listed inside the PushPress Member App and sometimes shared on social media and email newsletters.

We host at least one event per month — sometimes more! We focus on variety, fun, and meaningful connections.

PushPress App Help
PushPress is the app we use for class registration, event RSVPs, scheduling, and communication.
Once you sign up for membership, a drop-in class, or an event, you should be prompted to download the app.
You can also search for “PushPress Member” on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Download and log in using your email on file. Make sure you have already signed up with us for your account to show.
Make sure you’re using the correct email. If you’re still having trouble, contact us.
Open the app, tap “Schedule.”

Choose the class you want and hit “Reserve.”

Pick the plan if you have more than one and hit “Confirm.” Now you are registered for that class.

Tap “Schedule” and then at the top hit “Events” to see what’s coming up. You can RSVP with just one tap.

Yes — just tap the class, then select “Cancel Reservation.”

Then hit “Yes, cancel reservation.” Be sure to do this within the 12 hour cancellation window to avoid fees.

Yes — under your profile, you’ll see all upcoming classes and your history of attendance.
Yes! Inside the app, go to “Account” and you can update billing, view plans, and upgrade plans. To cancel your plan, we need a 30 day notice.
