All of our Reformer Pilates classes in Las Vegas are designed to meet you where you are — whether you're a beginner, recovering from a workout, or ready to level up. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure your spot.

Stretch & Mindfulness

This restorative reformer class is designed to help you slow down and reconnect. Through intentional stretching and breath-led movement, you’ll release tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery in a calming, supportive environment.

101  Beginner

New to Pilates or just new to the reformer? This intro class teaches you how to safely and effectively use the machine while building core strength, flexibility, and alignment. A supportive space to learn the foundations and build confidence.

Athletic  Flow

A dynamic class combining slow strength, stability training, and powerful movement. Expect core engagement, mobility work, and muscle activation designed to support your performance — in the gym or in life.

Booty  Burn

Isolate and activate your glutes, thighs, and hips in this lower-body burner. Expect high reps, a deep burn, and results you can feel. A mix of reformer, mat work, and bands makes this a fan favorite.

Scult & Tone

This dynamic reformer class blends classic Pilates with light weights, barre-inspired pulses, core burners, and cardio bursts to sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Expect a full-body challenge that builds endurance, stability, and that strong, toned look.

Mat Pilates

Strength From the Center Out

No machines, just a mat and your own body. This full-body workout focuses on precision, breath, and control to tone your abs, back, legs, and glutes — while also improving flexibility and posture. It’s the perfect complement to strength training or a beautiful standalone practice.
