What You’ll Leave With
Not at all. Many women come solo, and it’s one of the best parts of the experience. The retreat is intentionally designed to help you connect with others naturally and comfortably.
Details will be shared once booking is complete, but expect a cozy, elevated environment designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection.
We’ll send a full packing list before the retreat, but think comfy clothes, swimwear, journal, and anything that helps you relax.
This is more of a wellness and connection retreat. While movement may be included, the focus is on rest, reflection, and community.
