Small Group Training is a trainer-led program where up to 4 women train together per session. You choose 2 sessions per week from our available schedule, and your trainer gives every person in the room real, focused attention. You get the structure of private training at a fraction of the cost.

Groups are capped at 4 women. This keeps every session focused and ensures your trainer can give each of you real, personalized attention.
Nope! You register individually and choose 2 sessions per week from our available schedule. You’ll train alongside whoever else is signed up for that session — all women, all there for the same reason.
That’s totally fine. Your trainer will scale movements and intensity for each person while keeping the session cohesive for the whole group.
Group classes can have 10, 15, or 20 people. Small Group Training is capped at 4. Your trainer knows who you are, tracks your progress, and adjusts your program as you grow. It’s a completely different level of attention.
Yes! All packages include nutrition guidance, and our on-site weekly meal prep service is available to keep healthy eating easy for the whole group.
Absolutely. Small Group Training packages include unlimited open gym access so everyone in the group can train on their own time too.

We’re located at 7830 W Ann Rd, Suite 130, Las Vegas, NV. We’re in the back of the plaza—just take a right at the pizza shop and follow it around to our private entrance.
